Findings and diagnosis – Gas below the right tentorium, in the presence of opacification of the right mastoid and middle ear clefts, and heterogenous subdural fluid at the inferior right tentorium raises concern for right otomastoiditis, with intracranial spread of infection, early subdural empyema formation and probable meningitis and cerebritis
