Key findings and diagnosis – Inflammatory-appearing haziness is present adjacent to several mid jejunal diverticula, indicative of jejunal diverticulitis. Possible small bowel wall circumferential thickening adjacent to an anastomosis on axial image 89 requires further assessment to exclude small bowel neoplasia here
